JohnQ, yes that's been the case since 8/12 or so. But I believe they are not far from being at the point of being able to issue more shares. To get around the probable upcoming CFTC position limits, UNG has done 2 private, off-market deals in the last few weeks, to create synthetic positions in natty, one for half a billion $ and another for a billion $$. Presuming these deals don't somehow get caught up in the position limits then it would seem that UNG would be able to get back to business as usual.
