That's a problem with dining out. You end up with a fairly short list of places which consistently provide good food in the midst of so many restaurants. And the staff at these places no longer have to ask how you like things. That's fine with me because I find the predictable very comfortable. The usual profile is a busy restaurant, and not because it has just opened. When those with a thrill seeking edge insist on visiting new places you're rarely not disappointed. When you're not, it's such a surprise to have a new place to go to. .
