In L.A., we're in a drought condition. Mandatory warnings saying you can only water your yard for 10 minutes before 10 am and only on Mondays and Thursdays. Newsguys keep repeating how dry everything is here. Cut to all the outtakes of everyone watering down their yards and roofs. Wonder if they're going to be fined for going over their limit. News stations warning that Mt. Wilson is still being threatened and if our TVs suddenly go out, we can get the news on their website.
