You have a fine point. but see... suing is not about money, necessarily, it is about having action taken. you can ask for no monetary reward, or a simple recovery of moeny spent, etc. but that constitutes a legal action. but without reform that allows us to have standards that let's a federal agency set standards of care, where are we? it's daym dangerous to be in a hosiptal now. yer about as likely to get an infection that can't be treated as to get well. kinda scary. of course that is not all hospitals fault... it's us being prescribed and taking too many pills for every lil infection when we could have just drunk some tea with whiskey in it and toughed it out a few days. blahblah. :)
