I can't really imagine what would lead to shutting down a hospital unless it was super filthy... like an eatery that gets shut down for violations. I don't understand the situation you are speaking of... a bad doc? several bad docs? bad conditions? some hospitals now are so concerned with profit that there is not sufficient care for patients. That might bother Rat to hear, but I'm talking non=VA places. I'm talking Birmingham hospital. it is durn scary to be a patient there. you about never see a nurse. it's not a good place to be.
