This one looks like a dog with fleas to me. The insiders have registered about a million shares in two recent S-8s, the price to sales ratio (PSR) is about 20, the PE is 40+ (since they are paying no taxes the EPS should be reduced by about 30% when comparing to most other companies), they are fighting with their former biggest real source of income (VIAS)--- $781,000 of the $2,005,000 in the last quarter's revenues were from VIAS-- and without VIAS they would have posted a big loss last quarter, and it is not clear that they can use whatever y2k products they have to find a future past 1/1/2000.
