Oh bummer! The average joe would have done prison time. And rightly so. Driving under the influence, manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and giving false and misleading testimony. He also swam back to the mainland to his motel there and called the desk several times to establish an alibi. Then the people of messatwoshits elect him senator.
