Desphande is one of the original founders of Cascade Communications. Not good what is up? He was the original engineer wizard. Again maybe product line in trouble. Tomorrow a key day.

Gary, I believe that Deshpande Gururaj was former V.P. of Engineering or something like that of CSCC, and resigned shortly after the aquisition. I am not particularly spooked by the recent insider sells. Perhaps they need to raise cash to cover margin calls (I am currently relating to this one), and the like, or just diversification of portfolio into other names. Hang in there, I've been lurking on this thread for months and enjoy your insightful commentary. I have a very large position as well, and am determined to hang on for ASND's rebound which I believe is imminent. I will only consider selling at such point that someone proves to me that the fundamentals have truly fallen apart. I only wish I had some cash left to purchase additional shares at these levels.
