Here are the sellers according to another post:

Ejabat 15K
Dahl CF 169K (I can't confirm this on Edgar-Online)
SMITH VP 50K
Sanford P 15K
Smith again 50K (I can't confirm this 2d sale on Edgar-Online)
Champa 1,680 small all trades done since the 20th

Tonite, I just saw Deshande for 35K shares.

Ejabat sold about 1% of his shares. Not a bailout.

Dahl (if this number is correct...and I'm not sure it is) sold about 20% of what is listed in the last proxy. THAT is a lot.

Sanford sold 2.5% of his shares. Not a bailout.

Deshande had to have sold a tiny fraction of his shares. Not a bailout.

Possible they filed in advance of an announcement - but wouldn't this be illegal insider trading? This is exactly what happened last year about this time when Ascend was at all time highs stock sank to 40 within 6 months.
