Sergio--Allen & Co. Fairness Report--Are they and you concluding from their comparisons that ATPX will begin trading in the price range of some of these other stocks; like at around 24 to 38? Or did I miss the point? Just feed it to me in a spoon, Sergio. You know I can't follow this FA stuff. LOL(at myself), Myron

There is still some unease and uncertainty about what holders of newco can expect on Monday. Can you walk people through it in two short paragraphs?

PS 1/2 x 17/32 on 107K; beware: I have an uncanny knack for getting in on 15 to 20% intraday jumps, but they're almost always showing a loss three days later.
