There is actually nothing illegal about collecting assistance and going to school. However bureaucrats have their own way of interpreting what they do, which is running a prison society. People of this ilk, living as they are off the largesse of government which they dole out so sparingly to others, are among the professionally comfortable and smug and the most outraged when a hurricane wrecks their home. They march to the legislature to demand laws against hurricanes to protect them.
