My 2 cents. Not only could I not get in through their web page. I couldn't get through on 1-800-800-8415. Apart from this experience, I've had only one other problem with them. Anyone have suggestions as to who else I could use. I like the luxury of a Schwab office within a few miles of my house. I'm not willing to send all my money to someone a thousand miles away.
