The risk pool would be huge, and the cost per month should be small and affordable. Any hospital in the country could participate as well as the doctor of the patients choice. Most of us won't have the things like cancer, organ failure potential, etc.... That would be a supplement for most of us. Most of us want to stay with the arrangements we already have, but the plan above could cover everyone in the country for extraordinary events.
