It will weigh previous treatments and measure your health by what you have cost medical insurance for your entire life with added concern for age and sex, not the opinion of your doctor. Also collecting SSI disability or normal award will also way against you. You can be certain Kenneth would be denied certain expensive procedures just due to his age.
