Thanks so much for keeping track of that story Tim. I'm sorry to hear about the puppies, and I was particularly fond of RPG. He was a beautiful dog and reminds me very much of my favorite dog. I'm sorry to hear he didn't make it, but for the others.........Tali and Nowzad, as well as other lost dogs of Afghanistan there is some real hope thanks to Sergeant Pen.

What a story, Tim, Thanks for sharing it....Our hearts melt just as his and the other soldiers must have when they became foster parents to all the dogs and puppies....The puppies were just so darling, and so sad they all had to die....Good for those soldiers in keeping alive those they could.
