No, PBR holds 18%, not 20%.

A small stake.

But a big straw.

An Anglo straw.

BP will make more off the accounting than PBR will ever see.

Prediction: PBR will sell its stake when it feels the Anglo straw.

Larouche, Lula and you will go ballistic, declare victory, then go slowly slink away as BP and all the US suppliers, boat companies, drilling companies, pipeline laying companies, catering companies, engineering consultants, helicopter companies, lawyers, accountants, etc., make a huge pile of money.
