(And, as a matter-of-fact, I have never even been much of a proponent of dikes as a 'solution' to New Orleans' problems... far preferring wet lands restoration to makeup for the man-created erosion of the coast's formerly protecting headlands. (Though I certainly criticized his administrations botched F.E.M.A. Katrina recovery and rescue efforts after the hurricane struck.) Once again, shorty, your memory is colored more by your fantasies then by any objective reality. :-)
