That's the way it should be. Brazil is a nation-state, in that capacity, it will get its royalties and the taxation money to pay for nuclear subs and other paraphernalia to protect that.

But the Anglo mindset is of sucking or as I keep saying here, fleecing.

We are not looters. We are in the bsuiness of investing and make money out of work and technology. We want all companies to beat a track to Gabrielli's office to buy that technology.
