forced vaccinations ??? I read 50% of doctors won't get the vaccination, they don't trust it. remember last time in the 70s, how many people were paralyzed from the vaccine ?

As I already said, I doubt such measures are called for given the limited severity of H1N1. And, given the experience you mention, I don't know that I will get the vaccination this fall.

But that's beside the point. The piece describing the new law doesn't speak to any particular outbreak. If it's ebola and there's a vaccine, it seems to me reasonable to require people to accede either to the vaccine or quarantine. The risk to the population is just too great.
