The exact time of the speech has not been set, but prime time ensures a huge viewing audience beyond the Beltway... I'm betting the viewership will not make them happy.

His narcissism and need for attention will be his Waterloo... I don't know if it's narcissism, or merely that Obama is a one trick pony. All he can do is talk. But he can't make an argument. He talks nonsense and doesn't know it's nonsense because he is an economic illiterate. So more talking does not help him (as polls show) but he doesn't know what else to do. Normal Presidents would concentrate on helping the Speaker twist arms and horse-trade on the Hill. But it really looks as if Obama is not able to do that.
