No paper work or accounting for you. You realize whoever provides your care is getting paid and there is other paperwork and administration and overhead.

Your doctors and nurses and techs don't come to work for free (and don't worry about pensions or employee benefits) without even being hired. The suppliers of medical supplies don't stock your health care facilities for free with no one even bothering to to order or to maintain inventories. Ditto for providers of services, they don't just materialize when needed without contract or reimbursement and go home when finished. The power company and water company and telephone company and .... doesn't string line or pipe to your health care facilities and provide utilities for free. And on and on and on.
