On Van Jones calling Republicans "assholes" - well....I would have no problem calling Van jones an asshole. I have no problem calling pretty much everyone in Obama's inner circle an asshole and I have no problem calling quite a few democrat congresspeople an asshole. And frankly, I wouldn't really be bothered if Cheney called Van Jones an asshole.

Totally apropos of nothing:

When I lived in Vermont in the 1970s, I listened to a lot of radio out of Montreal. There was an ad constantly run for "Dorion Suits." One of their spokespersons was Guy LaFleur, a former hockey player. His line: "Here at Dorion Suit, we have no hassles," which in his French Canadian accent came out roughly equivalent to:

"Ere at Dorion Suit, we ave no assoles."

Used to crack me up every time I heard it.
