Any news on the regulation of the CDS markets?

I think they've put new financial regulation off 'til next year (?). With things still dicey I don't think they want to start throwing around 'ideas' that will get blown out of proportion.

It looks like Schumer is going to lead the charge but like RW says, I don't think it will be til next year.
