Hi Yorck, Management is currently putting the final workings together with the companies that have finished the pilot programs. Additionally, A senior member of the marketing team was ill for almost ten days which cause some delay. Also, we have been busy with Motorola. It's probably a good thing that we have a delay on any major corporate status announcement do to this CRAZY market. Obiviously, You have noticed that our stock has been unaffected from the downward market conditions. Two reason: Good Shareholder support who understand the value of their stock in AIRP/V.APT. Second: 99.99% of the shareholders are in for a LONG position with AIRP. Keep patient and thanks for your support. Rich

OPTIONSSCHEINE AUSGEUEBT DECEMBER 8, 1998 NASD Bulletin Board – AIRP Berlin- 881424 APK NEUESTE NACHRICHTEN Die Geschaeftsleitung berichtete heute, dass die Firma waehrend der letzten vier Wochen mehrere Nachfragen erhielt, um ca. 3'000'000 ausstehender Optionsscheine mit einem Optionspreis von $ 0.15 (US) ausuebe, verbunden mit Kapital, das vom Ausuebungspreis bestimmt wird. Die Gelder der gesamten Optionsschein- Ausuebung beliefen sich auf $ 450'000,00 (US)und wurden umgehend als Betriebskapital fuer die Firma eingesetzt. Die Firma faehrt fort mit der Herausgabe der vorliegenden Stammaktien, nun faellig als Resultat der ausgeuebten Optionsscheine. Da die meisten Inhaber der Optionsscheine vom Ausland sind, werden die neuen Aktien Auslandsbeschraenkungen haben und sind nicht handelbar fuer eine bestimmte Zeitspanne. Die Firma hat ca. 20'000'000 zusaetzlich ausstehende Optionsscheine zum Verkauf der fuer einen Ausfuehrungspreis von $ 0.15 (US) pro Anteil. Die Firmenleitung kann nicht garantieren ob ein weiterer Anteil oder alle zusaetzlich ausstehende Optionsscheine in der Zukunft ausgeuebt werden. Wie auch immer die Firma benoetigt noch weitere finanzielle Mittel fuer zusaetzliches Betriebskapital um die Firma weiter aufzubauen.
