The two insider sales you've reported are insignificant and the one by the exec who left must be completely discounted. It's my unerstanding that Insider selling is important if it is by an officer of the company and the amount of shares are significantly above normal. However, there have been some recent studies that say it is usually a poor indicator - meaning that insiders are just as bad as the rest of us in timing sales.
