True, the concrete jungle denizens of NYC and Washington DC are also figuring out what capital is and how to get it from those who have it, but they aren't anti-Anglo. Being closer to the loot, with political impact too, they are more successful than the hinterland jungle dwellers of Angola and Brazil.
