So, I guess you were totally against TARP, totally against lending any money to the auto companies and totally against ANY stimulus money? Yes. I don't agree with you on that and I don't know too many members of the Republican Party that agree with you on that other than maybe Ron Paul. I'm not overly concerned with whether Republicans agree with me or not. My beliefs are my own, not that of any particular party. Can you say the same? What do you think would have happened to the country if we had done nothing? I am more concerned with what will happen over the long term because of these bandaids we keep on using. I believe that this is prolonging the economic pain. I believe that artificial influences in the economy amplify economic cycles. This means that we have bigger booms followed by even bigger busts. Eventually it will end in a complete collapse. I'd rather take my medicine now. Why are you so willing to sell our children's future so that you don't have to undergo a little discomfort now?
