BS, there is a crash barrier on the edge of the road which you obviously didn't see: <my fingers have now left indelible fingerprints in the Explorer's steering wheel. >

Your road also seems to be wide and sealed.

No worries mate!

It would be a good idea if you don't drive along this road in NZ: youtube.com No barriers to the edge, gravel road, not quite wide enough for vehicles coming the other way to pass.

There are also large earthquakes in the region.

See the road side what we got: 7 Kg of TNT packed to destroy a tank!

Looks great. Now you just need to add snow. Every year my ski trip is one of my favs. Same views, add beautiful snow covered trees and gets some exercise to boot.

Congrats on your NA safari!

...and you took along all the Swanlettes. Thats the stuff of memories.

Did you get to Wally World?

Did the car heat up at 10 K ft. with the load?

Duluth...for Gods sake don't break down there. Winter there will make Toronto seem like a Kelowna winter.

Hurry back....your vote is needed. (Bloque, right?)

Cheers

Some nice fall scenery here now. My group hiked in a valley like this on Saturday...

Trails in the area were popular on a mostly sunny Labor Day afternoon. (MARC LESTER / Anchorage Daily News)
