Well.. not a fan of Shumer, but he does have a bit of clout. We were supposed to regulate those CDS markets last spring (or at least begin). It needs to be done. We can't have transparent markets being overshadowed by what is essentially unregulated gambling. You've seen the reaction to health care reform.....wait til they start on the banking industry. The country can only stand so much ugliness at one time. What do you think about Citi and its upcoming dilution?
