I thought congress wrote the budget, not the president. it was a standing joke in DC that EVERY Reagan budget proposal was DOA as the dems tripled entitlements. look at what the repubs and Newt did during clintons time

Isn't that a shame? Our debt structure is out of control and has been. Too bad data collection for the graphic presentation is not up to date -- if you think the Bush economy is picturesque, you're going to love Obama's charts. Don't get me wrong, I think both Republicans and Democrats are corrupt and self-serving; but you must admit that Americas have never before witnessed the shameless corruption that Obama and his cohorts bring to the table.
