"I know from where Harris is getting the CZAR business." It is the latest rage amongst the wingnuts. The tradition of 'czars' appointed for various functions goes back to Nixon, I think. At least the 1970s. And there has been a number appointed over the years. But, in typical wingnut fashion, they are pretending that Obama is doing something new and strange. Accusation have even been made that Obama is granting titles despite constitutional prohibitions. It is pretty silly, but so is much of what they are pushing.
