It almost seems to being applied here also. Seems like it is the way of the world. About the only place you see some accountability is China, where the have to save face! But saying that is saving face only a cop-out for the higher ups?

Nuking was only said in jest,I'm sure you realized that. Maybe it isn't America's job to police the world in the first place.

Nothing is perfect, as corruption is everywhere. Just look at the U.S. no accountabilty anywhere. Unless you consider Madoff, what a joke.<NG>
