I hear you. It can be back-tested by reviewing its previous predictions. Grant did this, and was impressed. Here's the link to its web site. I suggest you give it a good going over, as I did. Your doubts may be allayed. The fact that Grant gave it his OK weighs in its favor as he is punctilious about his research. I am getting the sense that maybe, just maybe we are in that nether region before a recovery where pessimism is quite prevalent but values abound. There's time to make up one's mind on the point. I am very interested in this train of thought since it could make for some very good long term plays. I have not yet decided whether to abandon my inherent bearishness. I do definitely think it is healthy to look at the entire panorama. businesscycle.com
