Regarding the CC, the Paine Webber gentleman brought up the phrase "evaluated for use" in respect to the Boeing project. Ancor agreed that "evaluation might not be the best term; it's the developing of a system" i.e. they're using Ancor parts to develop a system, and whether or not that turns into additional sales, Ancor has no idea at this point.

Ancor did say, however, that a product return would be unlikely. I think the CFO was the one who said he'd be "shocked if there was any kind of return possibility there." So that's a relief. I just wish that in the last conference call they would have stuck with the conservative approach, emphasizing the developmental nature of this deployment instead of conjecturing on the number of AWACS there are in the world.

Regarding the "Manhattan Project", it seemed to me that Mike gave them a chance to talk about it, asking about applications in the financial markets, but they were conservative here saying only that testing was taking place.

I was surprised to hear that as of today only 43% of the Reg D had been converted. More overhang lies ahead than I anticipated at this point.

With a quarterly burn rate of around 3 million and cash and equivalents of a little more than 4 million and the next quarters having uncertain product revenues and margins, it was prudent that the new board began reviewing their financing options. Let's just hope that the next capitalization method is less costly to us retail investors than the past Reg S and Reg D have been.
