What's I/O? <This is not strictly true when you add in the I/O to the calculations > I/O is the on/off switch on various electronic devices. Maybe you mean the switch needs to be turned on to make the computer go. Chaos is the problem in weather and climate. What the computer models try to do is eliminate chaos and make an orderly system with predictable results. <Many algorithms can exhibit chaos when confronted with variations in timing, or order of calculation > So far the results of the computer models of climate are chaotic too.
