Mohan, If it started with Alex Brown, its not a rumor from CNBC, she's reporting the downgrade and putting her spin on it, unless she called Alex Brown to find out why they downgraded.

DON'T LET THESE IDIOTS ON THE WALL STREET FOOL YOU AND SPOOK YOU INTO SELLING ON THE CHEAP SO THAT THEY CAN GET IN ON THE LOW.if you got money and if DELL,CPQ drop considerably think about getting a few shares,at least consider it,buying is what i will be doing,these bastards ain't gonna get my money. Remember one thing, Q4 is going to be the strongest quarter,ever.
