Great link. Somehow, it's not crude language when he describes reality like that rather than using the words himself. Mostly comedy is not funny with all the pathetic crudity. It's as annoying when they trot out another expletive as when movie makers script another cigarette for another $million. I don't have evidence that they are paid for each cigarette, but it's the only thing which makes sense to me. It's spoils the movie faster than another gratuitous expletive spoils comedy. You'd think they'd know that there's no shock value left in it and it just makes them the butt of their own jokes, the smelly butt. The stubbed out smelly butt. The flatulent stubbed out smelly butt. The big, fat, flatulent, stubbed out, smelly butt ... omigosh, this is getting funny!! The big, fat, homosexual, flatulent, stubbed out, smelly butt. Okay, okay, that's enough...

It's not that I'm against cigarettes or swearing, it's just that like excreting, they are not really for imposing on other people because that's bad manners.

I had to go on and watch more. Robin Williams is brilliant with his copying of people and making it funny. Like a verbal cartoonist picking out and exaggerating particular features. George Bush, Obama, Schwartzeneger etc here: youtube.com Laugh! Absolutely brilliant.

c2, who invented golf? scots? that is just another fluffy bit of fiction.

on the fluffy article written by the german that explainef nothing in new light, best to fade the bad science fiction unless one believes wrongly that the aggregate american of the 21st century is at all comparable to the same of 18-19th. the way to wager on the china/america pair trade remains to be getmoregold.

as we post, the energy is ebbing, capital draining, and talents leaving, slowly for sure, but if detectable by me with the ordinary roladex, must be already material; all per watch n brief premise of quarter century that is tracking so well, and over a longer time than it takes to write a fluffy article along the liines of "end of history".

wager: post-obama leadership would be more ignorant, and aftrr-hu leadership would be wiser still, and both will be in line with systemic constraints.

recommendation: getmoregold, in line with expected width of dark interregnum, and time to teotwawki dawn
