You just wouldn't believe the people I have heard at restaurants, church, on airplanes, etc. talking about DELL and having NO clue. It is still a cyclical business and there is no new paridigm. I have to admit, the market share gains by DELL and CPQ have been impressive, but things change very quickly in this business. Overcapacity and excess inventory can kill profits.
