"I don't know that he WILL," And he won't. The text of his speech is out. And it is about as non-political as it could be. So you lose. Again. There is considerable doubt because apparently Bush Sr. slipped a fair amount of politics in his speech that went basically uncommented upon. So you lose again. "And you know it, too." I know no such thing because it is wrong.

Bush did pretty much EXACTLY the same thing. Even asked the kids to help him accomplish his goals and write him letters with suggestions. No flap whatsoever. Of course, he was an old WHITE president.
