Hard to say exactly since there ISN'T any one plan to analyze yet, (no administration-endorsed bill yet). Last I heard there were still *three* different bills active in the House and *two* different bills in Senate committees still....

But, the last CBO analysis of the main House bill said it was deficit neutral over the 10 year period that they ran the numbers for. While Baucus' bill in the Senate is claimed to save a few hundreds of billions over that same period vs status quo spending...

Though I'm CERTAIN that if and when the House settles on one bill (instead of three) we will get brand-new analysis of it (from CBO, from Heritage, from CATO, etc., etc.) just as if and when the Senate passes something we will get budget analysis for it... and then AGAIN if and when a final bill is arrived at by joint Senate/House negotiation.
