You think dandelions are bad? We have weasels, stoats, feral cats that eat birds (esp. the flightless ones), possums that strip trees and also eat birds, deer that munch tree seedlings, all introduced animals. I could go into the long list of introduced plants/weeds that are taking over, but it's too depressing. And the bloody Maori wiped out the moa, the biggest bird that ever lived.
