It is amazing how the bond traders are manipulating the FX market

Today the USD depreciated around 1.25% against the major currencies - mostly the EUR - at the same time a report shows that manufacturing in Germany weakened.

the 3 year auction went out at 1.375 with a 1 to 3 cover ratio - the actual yield doubled because FX manipulation.

Taking a conservative leverage of 1 to 10 this manipulation resulted in around 20% to 22% with funding cost at 0.25% to 0.3%

No wonder Buffet buys notes and bonds

So Mr. T.. I'm back from the brink.. for now.. thoughts on gold smacking into 1K and losing again.. ? I posted a bit earlier.. I think water is a big US problem going forward.. Had no idea on the extent of irrigation.. and proliferation of sagebrush.. Day one of school.. Son's French immersion teacher is Madamme Fang.. not a common Chinese name to me ? One of Dautghter's best French teachers was Madamme Au Yeung .. Life is wacky... thankfully :o)
