Was thinking of rotating out of HL into UNG but looks like UNG is running as well. Will sit tight and follow with tight stops as you suggest. If I get $4.25 its history for HL for me and into UNG. Rhode Island? Hold out for Delaware. @ $19.98 that is more than your 2 cents worth.
