There was a panel of one sort mentioned on just about every 5th page or so. Deciding all sorts of things Democrats didn't want to be held responsible for. That would be mostly life and death decisions.

Even the most extreme among you aren't peddling that garbage anymore...

Since the RW says that bill is more than 1000 pages and you say you read it, maybe you can describe 5 or 6 of those panels for us. Where did you find the bill?
