The only people that are making money on this market is the MM and anyone willing to trade this stock intraday. Did SVGI report positive news for DUV and how much is the backlog?

Is anyone selling their shares for less than $25 per share?

According to Maria B on CNBC, DELL was cut from strong buy to buy. Also from that show, the company apparently gave info to main investment firms that it will meet numbers (.63-.65) but maybe not whisper number (low .70s). Can't confirm independently.
