Yeah, yields aren't what they used to be. Of course the best yields are to be had when our portfolios look their worst.

You reminded me that since my computer crash I need to manually reinstall that list. blah!

Between trying to be a "good little wife" since my wife had a knee replacement three weeks ago, keeping up with my garden harvest, and running my taxable portfolio at full margin, I don't know where the time goes.

Yields on my personal list of stocks have definitely fallen along with the number that yield at least 3.5%.
