How to get pre market downward moves

You subscribe to an expensive Level II Nasdaq real time quote service.
I have just started doing this and I'm learning. What you get is a list of bids and asks from all the market makers. You compare the best bid to the best ask. Look at the number of orders in the queue. And guess at the direction.

Sometimes its not a guess because the stock is indicated on the ask to be lower than the close.
