Excellent comment about the move to NASDAQ, Ray...

I have looked at *many* issues that have moved up from the pink sheets/ OTC to the "real" boards, and almost without exception, they have reacted similar to a forward stock split - they have increased share value by 10-20% or more...

I have spoken with Bill Mann, head of MedCare's IR dept., and he noted that they have met all the requirements and submisssions, and it is just a matter of weeks until the news is released.

Hell, even the day-traders should be interested in this one - with the new clinics opening and the impending upgrade to NASDAQ, MCAR's a no-brainer.

On another note, I've been watching some of the competition (URMD), and it's like a deserted ghost town over there... some analyst-type guy named Joe Sing lambasted their basic company fundamentals and product line, and the hypesters ran for cover... too bad. <bg>

Ray;

I'm going to take your advice. The market for the MedCare stock HAS been quiet since the market crunch.

In fact, I should be in today or tommorrow; adding to my position.

I've also been talking to the I/R people at MCAR and they tell me they may well open more than another 3 sites by year end.

If anyone gets any word on the timing for these openings, I'm still interested.

Thanks guys.
