DVAX opened with a good UG and is up 89% bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced that the FDA has removed the hold for the PIII on HEPLISAVTM in individuals with chronic kidney disease. DVAX expects to initiate a PIII in chronic kidney disease patients in the near-term and also plans to initiate a PIII lot-to-lot consistency trial in adults over 40 years of age in early 2010. Bernard
