I'm finding the Discover Direct real-time quote server volume stats to be inaccurate sporadically.

Does anyone else see the same thing?

Panic over? Back up to 6 3/8 x 6 5/8. Why do people sell at market, AT OPEN?? Jeez, don't they know they're just asking to get took?

Still, I agree with your "whole reason" comment. I, too, hope the other shoe has falled.
